Production area Hilly land located on Montorfano, in one of the most characteristic and pleasant areas of Franciacorta, in the municipality of Cologne (BS)
Tecnica di produzione It is made from the soft pressing of Pinot Noir grapes vinified in white and Chardonnay grapes subjected in the press to brief skin-to-must contact. The must is fermented at a low temperature between 10 and 14 °C. In Spring, the wine is bottled and will referment in the bottle according to the classic Franciacorta method. There, for its complete aging, it will remain for a period of not less than 37 months
