Production technique |
Unlike other Franciacorta wines, it is obtained from the soft pressing of only white grapes. The must used represents only a small percentage of the pressing and more specifically the sgondro and the beginning of the pressing. A minor addition of sugar at the of bottling (18 gr./l instead of 24 gr./l) determines a different taking of froth resulting in less pressure in the bottle and a wine with greater creaminess and silkiness. |
